Enjoy the Zeedijk in Ostend to the full. Our holiday apartment is located on the sixth floor of a recently renovated building on the Zeedijk. 80 meters next to it, De Loft is on the fifth floor of a renovated building. Both buildings have an elevator. Both the lift and the apartment are wheelchair accessible.
The holiday accommodations are located at the height of the horse racing track. The dyke for the Apartment and the Loft has been completely renovated. The beach was raised and widened. The staircase giving access to the beach is just over the apartment building so you are immediately on the guarded beach. As a bonus you can enjoy a sublime sea view from the apartment!
In the vicinity of the apartment are several restaurants, local shops and supermarkets (Spar, Delhaize). Would you like to take a video, then you can go to the Kinepolis at barely 750 meters from the Apartment and the Loft. The Ostend Swimming Pool is less than a kilometer away. The swimming pool is equipped with an Olympic indoor pool, water slides, a children's pool, an outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing area, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish steam bath, solarium and relaxation room. You can also go there for body care and relaxation treatments. Soon the new swimming pool will open!
The coastal tram stops near the apartment: Ostend Noordlaan stop. The Ostend station is barely 4 tram stops. You easily navigate to Ostend from Ghent, Antwerp, Brussels and other Belgian stations. With extra tourist trains during the season.
In Ostend there is a lot to visit and experience for young and old. There are annual events such as Kids @ Oostende, Theater aan Zee and fireworks on Mondays. And there are the fixed values such as Fort Napoleon, MU.Zee Kunstmuseum aan Zee, Mercator Sailing Ship, Atlantikwall and Earth Explorer. The shops are open daily in the center of the city.
